Executive - Telecalling (0-1 yrs)
Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data provided, with an aim to positively contribute to business goals.
Job Description :
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Basic knowledge of computers and comfortable on communicating thorugh phone calls.
- Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits.
- Handle the inbound calls and respond to them Properly
Skill Required :
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have high closure orientation
- Good outbound experience
- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
- High Customer Centricity
- 6 months experience or fresher with excellent communication skills.
