As a Telecalling Executive, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential customers by making outbound calls. You will be expected to build and maintain a good relationship with customers, understand their needs and recommend our products and services accordingly.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our company's products and services

- Discuss the benefits and features of our products in a persuasive manner

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services

- Build and maintain a good rapport with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills

- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services that meet their requirements

- Keep track of all calls made and update customer information in the company's database

- Follow-up with potential customers through calls or emails to secure new sales or service opportunities

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales leads and potential customers

- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends

- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build a good rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- A positive and results-driven attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Basic knowledge of computer and CRM software

- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant field preferred.

- Prior experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage
