We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This is a work-from-home position available to candidates anywhere in India. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of Swiggy
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial products and services.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification of 10th to 12th or Graduate
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
