Job Overview :

We are Seeking a Motivated and Results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to Join Our Sales Team. the Primary Responsibility of this Role is to Generate Leads, Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers, Explain Our Products/services, and Close Sales. the Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, a Persuasive Personality, and the Ability to Meet and Exceed Targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers from Provided Leads.

- Introduce and Explain Company Products or Services to Prospects, Addressing Any Questions or Concerns.

- Convert Leads Into Sales By Effectively Communicating the Benefits and Features of Products/services.

- Maintain Detailed Records of Customer Interactions, Follow-up Calls, and Outcomes in the Crm System.

- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets On a Regular Basis.

- Follow Up with Customers Who have Shown Interest But have Not Yet Made a Purchase.

- Build Strong Relationships with Clients and Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

- Gather Feedback from Customers and Report Back to the Management for Continuous Improvement.

- Stay Updated with Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques to Improve the Quality of Calls.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven Experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service (0-2 Years Preferred).

- Strong Verbal Communication Skills with the Ability to Speak Clearly and Persuasively.

- Excellent Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills.

- Goal-oriented and Self-motivated to Achieve High Sales Performance.

- Graduate or Equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Related Field is a Plus.

- Ability to Multitask and Manage Time Effectively.

- A Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm for Sales.

Salary : 2.50 Lac To 2.50 Lac P.A.
