Executive - Telecaller - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Responsible for Telecalling to the clients in getting their desired properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
- Provide project information to customers.
- Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company
- Document all call information and update the same in crm
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary..
- Complete call logs and reports
- Option to WHF (Work from Home)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory
- Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Should know how to work on excel.
- Knowledge of Gurugram will be added advantage
