Executive - Telecaller - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in telecalling or telesales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills :

Educational Qualification:
