Executive - Telecaller (3-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for helping clients find their dream property. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events.
Client Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features.
- Address client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
Database Management:
- Maintain an updated and organized client database.
- Record all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with relevant market insights and information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and targets.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Prior experience in Real Estate/Builders/Channel Partners/Brokers Company is compulsory. We need experienced candidates only.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar customer service or sales role (preferred).
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Languages:
English, Hindi, Kannada if candidate knows all 3 it is most preferable.
