Job Summary:
1. Reach out to potential clients via telephone to build new business relationships from the ground up.
2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations and successfully schedule meetings with senior managers.
3. Maintain and grow the organization by adopting a transparent, up-to-date and confident approach to telesales.
4. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database and lead generation strategies
5. Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations understanding their real estate needs and preferences
6. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
7. Handle customer objections effectively.
8. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits of our real
estate services
9. Schedule appointments between clients and managers ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to face to face meetings
10. Maintain accurate records of all calls appointments and client interactions.
Required Skill:
1. Proficient in English
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
3. Persistent and results-oriented.
4. Excellent Written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
