Executive - Telecaller (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients over the phone, showcasing our services and addressing the inquiries or concerns.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and update relevant information.
4. Schedule appointments.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, legal developments, and competitor activities to better position our services in the market.
6. Meet or exceed targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
