Our client is a private limited organization backed by institutional investors and having its corporate office in Mumbai, India. We provide skilled manpower to various industries such as Retail stores/Outlets, E-cart, Warehouses, Manufacturing Companies, Pharma Companies, Toll Plaza and Road & Building Construction and Others. The large number of skill training schools which we run across India help us to deploy at these industries on time with good quality at reasonable price to our customers.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Process Type (Please mention either inbound or outbound) Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans etc
- Tele-calling/ Query Handling/ Customer Service
- Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
- Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Prior telemarketing or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of essential phone systems and computer programs (such as CRM software).
- A track record of surpassing sales targets, ideally over the phone.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
