Executive - Tele-Marketing/Sales (0-2 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
- You will engage in lead generation, cold calling, and meetings with potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
