Executive - Tele-Marketing - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated
- Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role by Responding promptly to customer inquiries, customer complaints, isssues and queries.
- Generate and revive leads through cold calling. Persistent Communication with customers through various channels.
- Arranging meetings/Site visits with the customers. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with Sales Team. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Candidate Skills required :
- Good knowledge of MS office, Customer Support software.
- Must have a good command on English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
