Job Description-
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and Architects.
- Data update over excel or google sheets
- Take the clients querries and pass to the sales team.
- lead generation
Required Skills-
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic Knowledge of excel
- Candidate must be aware of handling customer queries.
- Should be comfortable for 6 days working i.e. Monday-Saturday
