Job Title : Sr. Executive-Tele/Inbound Sales

About Client :
Our client is a one of the leading E-Commerce conglomerate, which is having around 800 employees across India. They provide Payment Gateway Solutions to online businesses. It covers nearly 60% of the airline business and 80% of the entire ecommerce business.
Key Targets/ Responsibility :
- To Manage and convert all inbound leads originating from inbound calls, website enquiries, inbound mails.
- To Contact interested customers, understanding their line of business and recommending suitable options for payment gateway enablement.
- To ensure compliances are taken care for website and documentation with in TAT
- To take all necessary internal approvals for enabling payment gateway
- To assist merchant with support on technical integration and initial testing
- To co-ordinate with operations and risk for documentation and website approvals
- To get Merchant live on website and ensure transactions are commencing
- To do post-sales support on issues that merchants face for technical, settlements etc.
- To ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales, Revenue and GMV targets, set by top management are achieved To provide with the best customer service to inbound leads and assist them at all levels of understanding
- To update internal lead tracking systems regularly
Desired Skills and Expertise :
- Need to have Minimum 2-5 years of experience in direct selling or Telesales. Qualification should be a graduate (Any Graduate )
