Executive - Technical Support - International BPO (1-3 yrs)
Tech support executive required for Inbound/ Outbound voice process
Requirement:
- Candidates having experience in troubleshooting issues on computer, and other peripheral devices are required as they have to attend International Inbound calls from customers.
- And experience in tech support in any International BPO is mandatory
- Candidates who can close their calls are preferred.
- Candidates should have an excellent communication in English.
Fixed salary of upto 25,000/- + additional benefits.
