Executive - Technical Support - FinTech (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- As a tech support engineers you will handle technical issues reported by customers and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Troubleshoot and fix errors; log details of each case for analytical reports and provide customers with updates
- Application hosting on server
- Customer call handling
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 5years of experience in tech support/production support
- Experience with concepts and troubleshooting knowledge in Linux, Unix and windows platform
- Hands on experience on ip hosting and domain hosting
- Experience of handling transactional queries and client calls
- Experience of generating MIS reports
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies
- Good understanding of web Services, API and their monitoring
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Graduation with technical course in computer science
