Freshers (BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Communication - 2019 / 2020 Batch) to our multiple location for multiple profile on 3rd party payroll. We- ll provide them training for 6 Months and later based on their Merit & response suitable performance they will be on company's Payroll.

Position Overview The job holder will be responsible for -
- Meeting with customer and collect customer's issue regarding CCTV Camera and track until issue closing.
- Monitor the progress of service issues and push the service center
- Handle the serious customer complain and provide the onsite technical support
- Collect the competitor service policy and capability
- Need to provide CCTV area post sales technical service
- Provide the training to customer about CCTV Camera
