Executive - Technical Support - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Adeeba is looking for Its Technical Support Associate immediately
- Schedule Interview for Technical Support Associate (Voice Process).
Present job description :
- Taking inbound calls regarding pop-ups, email, printer issues. Antivirus/ Windows related Issues.
- Taking the remote access to the customer's computer & diagnosing the problems.
- Pitching for Service maintenance contract.
- Sales Pitch.
- To achieve daily sales target.
- To achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining discipline on the floor.
- Working as a team member.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Taking Inbound Calls with printers, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plans to the customer.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Must Have Experience in Outbound/Inbound Tech Support for more than 2 year
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Must have good convincing skills.

- Salary: Rs.13, 000-25000/ month (fixed) + Huge Incentives.
