Executive - Technical Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)

Job Role :
Regularly receiving the calls from our International customers and help them to solve the problems regarding to their computers and provide the service to them with the help of technician when the customer is ready to pay for the service .
Job Description :
- Candidates have to work for 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Candidates should be flexible and willing to work in night shifts
- Candidates should have minimum experience of 6 months in International Outbound / Inbound voice Process.
- Candidates should have the ability to attend the calls and to convert the calls into sales
- Ready to take immediate joining
- Candidate should have fluency in English (verbal communication should be strong)
- Maintaining the limits when talking to the customers . candidates should not became rude to the customers while solving the issues
