Executive - Technical Sales/Telesales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Desired skills :
- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to - Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
- Salary : Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
- Immediate joining preferable.
