Executive - Technical Sales - EduTech (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call our potential learners and engage with them
- Post Engagement, Convert these learners into paid customers
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
Input Metrics/Daily Target :
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5 hours of on- call time on a daily basis
- Achieving Sales Targets on a month on month basis
Requirements :
- Any Graduate PostGraduate
- Proven experience of atleast 6 months in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, TeleSales in EDTECH Sector
- Proven experience in handling end to end sales on calls
- Experience in pitching online learning courses - technical courses (JAVA, C++, Python,etc) is a must
- Proficient in English and Hindi/Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners
- Have their own laptops and an active internet connection
- Have a working Android Smartphone
Salary :
- Fixed: INR 18,000/-
