Roles and Responsibilities :
- Technical Sales Executive Inbound (Gift card, Cash App, PayPal, IOS Calls/ Amazon Call) - 100 Numbers
- A dynamic professional with minimum 10+2 education qualification.
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 1 yrs Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.
- Preferably experienced candidates may apply.
- Transport service provided.
- Meal at work, Accommodation for out of the city
- 5 Days working culture.
JOB PROFILE :
- Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
- Open to feedback & learning
- Candidates should have good English Communication Skills.
