Executive - Technical Sales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Adeeba e services is looking for Technical Sales Executive who want to grow with us and want to be the part of such a reputed company like ours.
Job roles:
Candidates have to attain the incoming calls of our customers and help them to resolve their issues related to computers (Windows/ Mac) and have to convince the customers to listen to them and to pay for the services that we are going to provide them. We are mainly dealing with the customers from International marketing's 24x7 with the help of our technical service provider.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Candidates should have excellent communicational skill
- Candidates should have experience of any BPO company (inbound / outbound)
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Candidates should be flexible, immediate joining required
- Candidates should have experience to close their own calls
- Candidates Should have basic computer knowledge
Criteria:
- Min 6 months to 1 year experience (preffered)
- Comfortable to work in nightshifts
- Should be flexible to work on six days (Monday to Saturday)
Benefits :
- Fixed salary up to 25k (negotiable)
