Executive - Technical Sales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Adeeba E services is hiring for tech sales executive urgently.
Job summary :
Customer will call regarding the technical problem in their laptop, computer, printer, router, I pad, pop up calls etc. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps and resolve the issues and charge an amount for this service.
Job requirement :
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in International Bpo (Tech sales)
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Take the customer through the sales process
- Obtain customer information
- Ability to Analyze, Research and solve highly Technical, Unique problems.
- Excellent Communication & Trouble shooting skills
