- Printers campaign, Printer Call, Facebook, Password Reset, Mac, window.
- Technical expert in US customer support good hand on troubleshooting of Printer, Router, Mac, Window, Antivirus, Email.
-Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls with Remote Support Software installation, Technical expert in US customer support good hand on troubleshooting of Printer, Router, Mac, Window, Antivirus, Email.
Skills Required :
-Sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes services, excellent communication skills.
-Understanding the primary needs of a customer regarding Technical issues and converting those concerns into Sales.

Designation : - Technical Sales Executive
Experience : - 6 month to 5 Years in international BPO (Technical Sales)
Salary : - Upto 40k per month + Incentives
Location - Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
5 Days Working
BOTH SIDE CABS, MEALS
