Executive - Technical Sales (1-3 yrs)

Adeeba International BPO currently Hiring experienced Technical sales Associates with good communication skill.
- This is an inbound process so customer will call regarding their problem on computer,laptops and other peripherals like printer router and apple devices etc. Candidates will resolve this issues on windows and mac computer by troubleshooting and giving a resolution to the customer computer. And finally charge an amount for this service.
Candidate profile required:
- Candidates should know how to talk in English with international client.
- Candidates should know how their own close calls.
- Candidates should have experience in Inbound tech support or outbound tech support.
- Candidates should be flexible for rotational shift with 6 working day. And 1 roster off.
Perks:
Salary will credited on 1st of every month
Though it's a sales process but salary is fixed, no deduction from salary
2 Paid leaves in a month + 15 comp offs + 1 PAID BIRTHDAY LEAVE
SALARY : Upto 25 k + huge incentives depends on performance
Experience : 1 - 3 yrs in INBOUND / OUTBOUND process (Should be a call closer)
