- Proficient in using social media, spreadsheets and analytics.
- Good in Technical writing
- Excellent understanding of WordPress, G-Suite, and MS Office.
- Superb customer support skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delight them.
- Excellent analytical communication skills.

- Able to effectively work independently and remotely.
- As a hands-on customer advocate and inborn relationship builder, the Marketing & Customer Support Specialist will provide excellent support to customers and delight them by resolving issues efficiently in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate documentation of customer inquiries, requests, and resolutions.
- Review and enhance all written and video tutorials in our support knowledgebase
- In collaboration with the US team, design and implement a social media marketing plan.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
