Executive - Technical Customer Support (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support : Provide expert technical assistance to customers regarding product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
2. Collaboration with NPD and Engineering: Work closely with the New Product Development and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in the development of product solutions.
3. Customer Training: Conduct product training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage and understanding of our manufacturing solutions.
4. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, product guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
5. Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve customer issues related to product performance, working closely with internal teams to implement solutions.
6. Market Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, facilitating communication with marketing and product development teams.
7. Reporting : Track and report on customer support metrics and outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of New Product Development processes and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Proficiency in CRM systems and technical support software.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
