B E/B Tech + MBA or any equivalent degree
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for generating business through Lead Generation.
2. International Sales experience in America, Europe & India.
3. Inside Sales, Cold Calling, Database Building, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Email Campaign, Market Research, CRM, Sales Management
4. Business & Market Analysis, Planning for Quarterly Targets
5. Generate New Business from LinkedIn and other Social Networking Sites, Requirements Gathering
6. Prospect Identification & Mailer Campaign, Email Marketing - Mass e-Mailing / Bulk e-Mailing about the Engineering Project Services and Staffing Services to Potential Clients
7. Identifying Opportunities from tenders and performing a business analysis
8. Generating Leads from tradeshows, expos and sending E-mail Campaigns to the leads
9. Addressing the E-mail enquiries and converting them into business
10. Actively participating in clients meeting and gathering their requirement
11. Preparation of Services Presentations, Demos & Marketing Material
12. Preparing Technical & Commercial Proposals, EOI's as a part of bidding process, preparing and
sending quotations, finally follow-up to close the lead and generate business
13. Client Visits, Domestic Business Visits
14. Documentation/Reports Preparation
15. Coordinating with Cross Functional Teams
16. Identify & Participate in Various Events as a part of Branding Strategy
17. Customer Relationship Management - Maintaining good relationship with clients and generating regular orders from them
18. Maintaining internal communication with the project management, accounts and technical teams for business information exchange and product development
19. Knowledge transfer, Operations Management
The candidate should have 3 to 5 years- experience and he should perform the business development /marketing/sales of the company services and achieve the target assigned to him.
