Position: Telesales Executive (BPO)

Salary: - 14,000 - 16,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products and services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up schedules.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share feedback and strategies for improving sales performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a similar BPO role is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Required Languages, e.g., English, Malayalam].
Sales-Oriented: Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
Target-Driven: Must be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
