Job Description :
Enquiry handling - Web and Phone
Outbound calling from database for audio conference services
Lead qualification - Small/Medium/Large
Understand and evaluate the requirements based on customers' needs
Schedule appointments for demo
Fixing appointments with the sales teams for product pitch and services demo
Product pitch and pricing plan
Sign-up/On-boarding - Account closures / Training and Support
Account Management - Small and Medium
Account revival
Desired Profile :
Good phone presence and etiquette
Strong conceptual understanding
Must be well versed in lead generation
Excellent communication skills - Both English and Tamil
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge in CRM tools
Working knowledge in MS Office is mandatory
