Job Profile : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our innovative & cutting-edge software technologies & solutions by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, good understanding of software products, and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to a wide range of clients. This is a quota carrying role.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective sales & GTM strategies for launching and promoting new software technologies in the market.
- Identify and target potential channel partners and customers within relevant industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Hospitality, etc.).
- Qualify leads into opportunity with clear Budget, Authority, Need, Timing information received from BPO team.
- Sense competitive intelligence, identify market trends, emerging opportunities & inform management.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Build qualified and weighted average pipeline for three rolling quarters.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to provide visibility to management about revenue forecast.
- Conduct L1 product demos to showcase the benefits of the software and how it addresses specific business challenges of their industry use cases.
- Guide presales team to customize presentations, conduct discovery of client business issue & business requirements and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions that offer high value proposition.
- Manage the negotiation process, including pricing, contract terms, and scope of services and close deals effectively, meeting, and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new software technologies and collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand the latest product offerings and enhancements.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and BPO teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer satisfaction and provide feedback from clients to help refine and improve the product.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers' key decision-makers and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales (3-4 Years), with a focus on software technology solutions, IT services, or SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions and In-Premises with a track record of successful sales in a B2B environment, particularly in new product launches or emerging technologies.
- Technical Knowledge: good understanding of software technologies, trends, and innovations and ability to understand complex software solutions and convey technical concepts to non-technical
clients.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal and excellent negotiation and closing abilities by building rapport and relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions with Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities and challenges. - Tools & Technologies: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
