Sales Support : Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, tracking follow-ups, and providing feedback on lead quality.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects. Address any initial questions or concerns and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
