Key Performance Indicators
1. Achieve key social media metrics like subscriber growth, engagement, channel views, average view duration, average percentage viewed, audience retention
2. Acquire new customers through the channel and achieve revenue target
Key Responsibilities :
1. Help craft brand communication across YouTube channel
2. Imbibe the brand's purpose and values and help in their wider understanding & dissemination
3. Discover and curate content in line with the brand's philosophy and current beauty trends/ launches
4. Develop innovative social content ideas and executions, and stay on top of emerging trends and opportunities
5. Write post copy for YouTube and publish content
6. Plan social calendars, run content production
7. Design YouTube strategy to drive traffic, increase conversion, and acquire new customers online both in India and key global markets
8. Own the visual language of the brands in YouTube
