Executive - Social Media - Travel Package (4-8 yrs)
The Role:
Responsible for managing compelling content across various social platforms to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you'll contribute to our online presence and channel growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
2. Schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to the industry and brand.
4. Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and facilitate discussions to foster a positive online community.
5. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
6. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyse campaign effectiveness.
7. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the company's social presence.
8. Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications and Experience :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience of 6+ years in an online travel Agency or ecommerce industry
3. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, features, and trends.
6. Creative mindset for content creation.
7. Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media strategies.
8. Familiarity with basic graphic design principles.
9. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques.
10. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
