Job Description
- Performing an in-depth audit of the information on the world wide web and ensure the positive reputation of the Co./Client/Brand.
- Drive innovation with the content that goes on out on social media as responses.
- Continuously monitoring /Tracking the repute of the brand on various outlets, e.g. search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums etc.
- Keeping a track of every trend on social media related the clients. Investigating the facts about the Comments. Specialize in prevention and repair of the - Online Reputation Threats.
- Help understands the VOC for better analysis of data.
- Coordinate with other team members to get issues resolved.
- Client to client engagement for escalations or qu- eries.
