Executive - Social Media Marketing - IT (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :


- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media

- Generate, edit, publish & share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)

- Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction

- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirement :

- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills Required (B29)

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation skills

- Should have social analytics tools knowledge

- Should have adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

- Should have knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

- Should have excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

- Should have knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

Education :

- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as handling social media accounts

- Candidate must be from IT background / Lead generation

- Should have Demonstrable social networking experience

- Should have experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM & Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Should have experience in creative content writing
