Executive - Social Media - Fashion/Lifestyle (1-3 yrs)
Role Overview :
The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in building our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content, engaging with our community, and helping grow our audience. This role requires a mix of creativity, trend-awareness, and analytical thinking to effectively convey our brand story.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Develop and execute social media content plans, including images, videos, graphics, and captions that resonate with our target audience.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all social channels, ensuring alignment with our brand's values and vision.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer queries across platforms to build a loyal community.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, seasonal launches, collaborations, and special promotions.
- Influencer Collaborations: Assist in identifying, collaborating, and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors that align with our brand image.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on current fashion and social media trends to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) to optimize strategies.
- Social Media Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely posts and alignment with marketing goals.
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day activities on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and ensure optimal performance and consistency.
Requirements :
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Creative Mindset: Passion for fashion and a keen sense for aesthetics, trends, and what resonates with audiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with followers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
