Executive - Social Media - Education (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
STRATEGY :
- Partner to create social media strategy across handles
- Turn MSDs and various messaging docs into strategy and content
- Identify influencers and thought leaders across product portfolio
EXECUTION :
- Develop publishing plan (themes, topics, cadence)
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure results (monthly dashboard)
- Competitive monitoring
- Topical monitoring (product, thought leadership, hot topics)
CONTENT CREATION AND PUBLISHING :
- Create and maintain a publishing calendar across LinkedIn and Twitter
- Partner to create content and plan campaigns (including paid)
- Identify relevant content to share
- Promote upcoming blogs, webinars, events, etc.
- Execute and amplify social campaigns
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create blogs depending on landscape
- Generate snackable thought leadership content
Skills :
- 3-5 years- relevant professional experience in social media management or marketing communications
-Must have professional experience implementing social media strategies and executing day to day programs in a B2B business setting
- Strong content writing skills (blogs and/or social media preferred). You will be asked to provide samples of your work.
- Strong multitasker, able to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities
- Must have experience managing social media channels, such as Twitter and LinkedIn
- Experience with Sprinklr and Hootsuite
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors- degree
