Skills & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and improvise monthly content and social media strategies with a keen eye for detail
- Developing fresh and engaging content and delivering on project roadmaps
- Scheduling, Posting, editing and analyzing the Social Media Pages and web presence
- Launch new marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally across teams
- Editing and creating static posts and videos
- Writing creative content that connects with the audience
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills.
- Must know any of the Video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Must know any of the Photo editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
- Champion overall key brand social media and web presence
- Comprehensive skills of adapting audio shows into visual content
- Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with short and long term goals of the brand
- Shoot and edit video assets across social media platform

- Publish timely content across social media
- Manage and respond and interaction with audience
- Monitor and improve engagement for social media performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media practices and trends
- Create idea and collaborate with Influencer/Artists

- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.

- Co-manage the creative team in line with the Marketing head's vision
- Making sure that the marketing campaigns are in sync with the show brief
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
- Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
- Exploring the potential value of social media sites.
- Have an understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Work towards enhancing and building the organization's reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer suggestion and recommendation to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
- Provide daily, weekly and quarterly report to the senior management.
Educational & Additional Professional Requirements:
- A degree in digital marketing, social media marketing/branding is recommended.
- Knowledge and experience in planning, conducting email campaigns, PR and advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools
- Content development and management expertise is required
- Additional tools like SEO and knowledge in programming will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in micro-blogging and brand promotions
- Strong research skills with excellent knowledge in Social Media platforms
- Candidate should be a self motivated and out of box thinker
