Founded in 2020, our Ahmedabad based client offers eco-friendly innerwear for both men and women. Their collection is made up of ultra soft micro modal fibres extracted from beechwood trees. They are ideal for everyday wear and come in fun prints and bold colours and are available through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.
This shark tank funded startup has been funded by visionaries like Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Beenext etc and is revolutionising the traditional innerwear market.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating attention-grabbing content and building online communities.
What you will do:
- Curating, planning, and publishing daily content across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
- Actively engaging with companys online community in real-time, respond to direct messages (DMs), and encouraging User Generated Content (UGC)
- Developing a monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and brand campaigns
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilizing data insights to recommend performance improvements
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to seamlessly integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Proven proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software, such as Photoshop, is a plus
- Highly creative with a natural storytelling ability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities and acute attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to emerging social media trends
