The WhatsApp and Facebook Community Executive plays a crucial role in building and managing an engaged community across WhatsApp and Facebook platforms. This involves fostering meaningful interactions, addressing inquiries, and promoting positive engagement within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

- Initiate and participate in conversations to build an active and vibrant community.

- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community.

Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content tailored for WhatsApp and Facebook platforms.

- Share relevant updates, announcements, and resources to keep the community informed.

Member Support:

- Respond promptly to member queries and concerns.

- Provide assistance, guidance, and resources to enhance the community experience.

Moderation:

- Monitor and moderate community discussions to ensure adherence to guidelines.

- Address any inappropriate content or behaviour in a timely manner.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track community metrics, analyse engagement data, and provide regular reports.

- Use insights to optimise community strategies and improve member satisfaction.


Campaigns and Initiatives:

- Execute community-related campaigns and initiatives to drive participation.

- Developing and overseeing riddles for community engagement and growth.

Feedback Management:

- Gather feedback from community members and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

- Implement improvements based on feedback received.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in community management, particularly on WhatsApp and Facebook.

- Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of community dynamics.

- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

- Passion for the subject matter and commitment to fostering a positive online community.
