Executive - Social Media - Beauty/Fashion (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Content Strategy and Creation :
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage our audience and enhance brand awareness.
- Create innovative and high-quality content for Instagram primarily, as well as Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with the design team, agencies, and production partners to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other content formats.
Campaign Management :
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests that align with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.
Event Coverage :
- Attend and cover relevant events, both internal and external, to create real-time content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors during events for effective social media coverage.
Community Engagement :
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships across social media channels.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to improve content effectiveness.
Skills :
- 1+ experience (internship or academic projects included) in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and trends in the industry.
