Social Media Executive
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including original text, images, videos, and HTML, for distribution across social media channels.
3. Manage all aspects of social media content production, from conceptualization and creation to scheduling and publishing.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
5. Foster and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
7. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
8. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
9. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance our presence and engagement.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and initiatives.
3. Expertise in major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Proficiency in content creation and editing tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences online.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, preferred.
10. Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
