Executive - Social Media (2-4 yrs)
Objectives of this Role :
- Develop & optimise social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing & editing
social media posts, improving customer engagement & promoting social media campaigns. All forms of content in the web, print, and digital marketing collateral (offline & online)
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Website and other creative & content for the brand
- Create and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule on monthly basis
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for better reach (Events, PR, Blogs, Collaboration, seasonal activities etc.)
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content are informative and appealing.
- Ideate and execute product shoots/campaign shoots/videos.
- Supervise and lead the graphic designing team
- Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline.
- Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication
- Suggest new ways of improving in creative branding.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro & Facebook Insights to monitor & evaluate the company's social media presence & performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Staying up to date on best practices & emerging trends in social media.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience of working on brands managing the communication.
- Must have worked with fashion brands
- Experience and deep understanding of content, social and digital media with latest trends
- Experience in fashion and lifestyle
- Has managed or supported campaigns/ad shoots in the past.
- Has strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas & content to drive brand visibility in a creative direction.
- Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude.
