Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, crafting compelling content, and driving engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with a passion for connecting with audiences and aligning social media efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Oversee and manage company social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others relevant to our audience.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Content Creation:

- Create engaging, platform-specific content, including posts, images, videos, and stories that reflect the brand's voice and values.

- Monitor and stay informed about social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to adapt and innovate strategies.

Engagement and Community Building:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering relationships with followers.

- Moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with company guidelines and policies.

Analytics and Optimization:

- Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization.

Collaboration and Innovation:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.

- Stay updated on the latest best practices, features, and trends across social media platforms, experimenting with innovative ideas to engage audiences effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in social media management.

- Expertise in managing major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Strong writing, communication, and editing skills.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

- Knowledge or passion for fitness and health-related topics is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
