Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will curate engaging content, drive audience engagement, and align social media efforts with the company's brand and marketing goals.
Must-have skills and tools:
- Proven experience in managing diverse social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Sharechat, Moj, and Chingari.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for different platforms (e.g., posts, reels, Trending posts, winner posts, memes).
- Ability to develop engaging, creative, and innovative content aligned with brand messaging.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing user metrics and engagement insights to track performance and improve strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with audiences and respond to queries promptly.
- Experience in creating idea boards for monthly content strategies to ensure a structured and dynamic approach.
- Time management and scheduling expertise to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Ability to adapt and learn new social media tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a secure database of login credentials and account access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Sharechat, Moj, Chingari, etc.), ensuring brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Repurpose and optimize content into various engaging formats, including product posts, trending topics, winner announcements, reels, memes, and more.
- Create and execute content strategies that resonate with the audience, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Engage with social media users by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and brand-consistent manner.
- Track, monitor, and analyze social media performance using platform insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build monthly content strategies and idea boards to maintain a dynamic and organized content pipeline.
- Schedule content releases to ensure peak engagement times are targeted.
- Maintain account security by keeping an updated, secure database of all social media logins and credentials.
