Executive - Social Media (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that engage our audience and elevate our brand's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Management: Help plan, execute, and track social media campaigns to increase audience interaction, brand loyalty, and sales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that the brand voice, tone, and aesthetic are consistent across all platforms.
- Collaborations & Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners for campaigns that align with the brand's target audience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media accounts and campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Content Creation: Strong skills in content creation, including writing captions, designing visuals, and video editing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong understanding of social media tone and style.
- Analytics & Reporting: Knowledge of social media analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track engagement and performance.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with creative and engaging content ideas to keep the audience interested.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience: 1.5 - 4 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
