Executive - Social Media (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
Content Creation : Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and info graphics.
Channel Management : Manage and update social media profiles/pages, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Community Engagement : Build and nurture online communities, interact with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Paid Advertising : Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Updated : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management for clients in various industries.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique requirements.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
