Job Description :

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and ultimately drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth across all relevant platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.

2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (including but not limited to photos, videos, graphics, and captions) that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

3. Manage all aspects of our social media accounts including daily posting, community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and promotions that drive traffic to our website and increase sales.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

7. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of growing and engaging audiences across various platforms.

8. Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing and compelling content that tells a story and elicits emotional responses.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
